"...We have been working diligently on many new and exciting projects for the City of Hialeah and with the efforts of everyone involved; we are witnessing positive results throughout. Our inspiration is what the “City of Progress” is best known for, as we continue improving, enhancing and placing Hialeah at the forefront of economic, social and educational development. An example of this is the growing number of Cultural and Educational events occurring throughout the city, such as Art on Palm, Art in public spaces, tutoring in the parks, and reading programs at our libraries. Recently we worked closely with the owners of a city landmark, the former Canastilla Cubana Building, and a renowned artist, Perez Celis, on the facade of the structure and others are on the way...."

"...His enthusiasm and support for the arts is also evident as he implemented several new cultural initiatives. Mayor Robaina inaugurated the city’s first art in public spaces sculpture “The Beat” and he collaborated with Perez Celis, a renowned artist to create a masterpiece painting on the façade of a four story building. Additionally, he hosted “Art on Palm,” an event that exposed thousands to culturally enriching art exhibits. ..."
